We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will strive to highlight any significant changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Jane Blonde Pty Ltd rights and obligations to each other.


It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Jane Blonde Pty Ltd is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. This includes your use or reliance on any third-party content, links, comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for

For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Jane Blonde Pty Ltd. liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services. You must be a registered Australian hairdressing business to purchase from our website.


Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia
Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Jane Blonde Pty Ltd.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.


Jane Blonde Pty Ltd handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Sometimes it can be difficult ordering hair extension colours from a computer screen. If you do order the wrong colour hair extensions and notify us within 14 days of delivery, a replacement will be provided after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions are completely intact as new with packaging and labelling.

Once Jane Blonde Pty Ltd authorizes hair to be returned, the customer is responsible for their own return shipping costs and the postage costs of the replacement item. We recommend that you send your returned item with a tracking option as Jane Blonde Pty Ltd will not be responsible for missing parcels via Australia Post or other courier services. Furthermore, the replacement item will not be sent out until the returned item is received intact as new with complete original packaging.

If you experience a quality issue with your Jane Blonde hair extensions upon delivery you must bring it to our attention within 7 days from delivery. A replacement or full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair
extensions are faulty.

To return an item please place extensions in an Australia post satchel. Allow 1-14 business days for Jane Blonde Pty Ltd to process and send out your new extensions.

You must contact us prior to sending your return, as this allows us to provide you with the quickest return address, track the item and we can process the replacement, so the return process is as quick as possible.

All Jane Blonde Pty Ltd Extensions shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation, however if you have not received your order and the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered, please contact the postage service provider. We cannot be held accountable for the delivery provider’s error.


Once hair packaging is opened and/or installed then there will be no replacement or an option for a return of the hair as this is a hygiene risk. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. Please make sure that you have completed a thorough consultation with your client before installing extensions so that they are aware of all pros and cons of wearing extensions and the maintenance to reduce the risk of change of mind as once used we are unable to refund.


Our extensions are human hair and they respond to wearing like human hair. That is- they will fade in colour over time. All hair is porous and colour will fade over time with wearing/ sun exposure/heating and heat tool styling etc. The extensions may need to be toned or recoloured from time to time to refresh the colour. It is best practice to mention this to your client on installation that is one of the ongoing maintenance requirements. Most of our customers get around 6-12 months of wear from our extensions before replacement is needed however it is completely the clients responsibility to maintain their hair and once packaging is received and accepted as non faulty we will not be responsible for the longevity of the client wearing the hair extensions. Please make sure you inspect the hair extensions within the 14 day return period as past this date we will not accept returns or refunds.


Jane Blonde sometimes experiences high levels of demand, an item may become out of stock after you have purchased it. This may delay the order by 1-4 weeks. If this happens you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours and given the option of putting the order on hold until the item is back in stock, or we can process a full refund, or you can choose a different item, or colour, that is in stock and of the same value and we will replace with that item.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jane Blonde Pty Ltd absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. Jane Blonde Pty Ltd gives no warranty that the documents, goods or services will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected, or that our website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components.

Whilst we, at all times strive to have the most accurate, reliable and up-to-date information on our website, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the result of the use of any document, product, service, link or information in its website or as to their correctness, suitability, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

It is the customers responsibility and not the responsibility of Jane Blonde Pty Ltd to bear any and all costs of servicing, repairs, or correction. The applicable law in your state or territory may not permit these exclusions, particularly the exclusions of some implied warranties. Some of the above may not apply to you but you must ensure you are aware of any risk you may be taking by using this website or any products or services that may be offered through it. It is your responsibility to do so.

Keep in mind that, as with all things, not all hair extensions are compatible with all hair types.

Certain factors may cause issues to arise with client’s hair when wearing hair extensions, it is the responsibility of the professional hairdresser to consult with the client before the installation and determine whether the extensions are suitable for that person and explain the care and maintenance. Jane Blonde will not be responsible for any issue resulting from installation, the care and maintenance or longevity of the hair extensions.
